Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to join their Care Center team. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of IVR solutions, contact routing, and customer interaction workflows using Genesys Cloud Architect. The role will also support integrations through Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design and implement IVR flows, contact routing, and bot integrations using Genesys Cloud Architect across inbound and outbound voice, email, and SMS channels.
+ Develop custom integrations with internal systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Genesys Cloud APIs, and webhooks.
+ Configure and maintain Data Actions and system integrations.
+ Create, manage, and update outbound campaigns and contact lists.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, standups, and retrospectives.
