  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Office Automation industry (non-negotiable).
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong administrative skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A self-disciplined, patient, and consistent temperament suitable for telesales roles.
  • Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Own car preferred.
