Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who will be esponsible for designing, executing, and managing lead generation and referral development strategy. Oversees sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments. Manages referral outreach campaigns to increase inbound and outbound referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage high-quality B2B lead lists using tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Instantly
- Scrape, clean, and validate qualified prospect data using third-party data sources and enrichment tools
- Develop targeted prospecting lists based on ICPs, industries, titles, and buying signals
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across CRM and outreach platforms
- Support outbound campaigns by ensuring strong data quality and deliverability
- Continuously optimize lead sourcing strategies to improve conversion rates
