We are hiring a Lead Generation & Onboarding Specialist to support growth by converting interest into active, successful customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer acquisition and early-stage onboarding, ensuring new merchants are engaged, activated, and set up for long-term usage of ShipShaps products.

As inbound demand grows, this role plays a critical part in guiding new customers from first contact through initial platform adoption.
