About the Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to connect with clients, manage a group of coaches, and book sessions based on business needs. This role also provides part-time support to the back-office team.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage and book coaches using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manage up to 8 coaches daily and generate 300+ leads per day
  • Use marketing channels (LinkedIn, texting) and pre-written scripts to engage clients
  • Maintain records in ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me
  • Make outbound calls as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 1+ year experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or client engagement for international clients
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365
