Job Title: Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist
Location: On-Site – Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist to manage and scale high-quality prospect data for outbound sales campaigns. This role focuses on lead sourcing, data scraping, enrichment, and CRM management to directly support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Translate ICPs into targeted lead searches across multiple platforms
Identify decision-makers and build multi-threaded prospect lists
Source and scrape leads using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Enrich and verify lead data to ensure high email deliverability
Clean, standardize, segment, and upload data into CRM/outreach tools
Track bounce rates, reply rates, and overall data performance
Share weekly reports on data quality and sourcing efficiency
