Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the Lead Generation Executive is to identify, attract, and qualify potential customers (leads) for a business to help drive sales and revenue growth.

Position Requirements

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Identify and research target industries and companies suited for offshore staffing for medium size business (100-200 employees)

Develop and execute proactive outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, other social media etc.)

Generate qualified appointments for Managing Director located in Australia

Research and identify companies with offshore staffing potential

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)

Maintain accurate database records and activity tracking

Collaborate closely with Managing Director and local Management Team
