Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists for property managers and facility managers
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or appointments
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and outreach systems
  • Track lead generation activities and campaign performance

Requirements

  • Experience with lead generation, prospect research, or appointment setting preferred
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and outreach tools
  • Strong internet research and data entry skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software and AI tools quickly
