+ Champion the end-to-end delivery of the Brand Share Update project, ensuring the output accurately reflects the market dynamics and brand performances. Uncover patters of success and underlying drivers in winning sectors and brands. Forge the analytical foundation that enables strategy development of the company
+ Drive strategic foresight by leading Market Projection Study, evaluating shifts in macroeconomic factors, industry trends, consumer behaviour, and brand actions, to support the calibration of corporate business targets and strategic initiatives
+ Develop perspective and visual document for corporate moments like business reviews on different cadence, corporate strategic review, corporate operation planning, etc.
+ Monitor and document broad macroeconomic trends and synthesize them with ground-level industry shifts and brand dynamics, and develop coherent narratives on their impact on business
