Role Introduction
We are hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer with a strong back end focus to build and scale secure, high-performance systems. This role involves hands-on back end development, system design, and end-to-end ownership of business-critical features, with occasional front end work to ensure smooth integration across the stack.
Requirements
Lead backend architecture, design scalable PostgreSQL schemas, advanced queries, indexing, transactions, and Row Level Security (RLS) with Supabase
Build and maintain high-performance, secure REST and GraphQL APIs using
Develop Supabase Edge Functions for serverless logic, real-time features, webhooks, and custom backend processing
Handle complex third-party integrations via APIs, webhooks, queues, and event-driven systems
Own backend performance optimization, caching strategies, error handling, monitoring, and production incident resolution
