What you will be doing: -Lead a 3-5 person engineering sub-team -Participate in design, architect discussions, decisions, code reviews, product iteration, and mentorship activities. -Take full ownership over the velocity and quality output of the team and each team member. -Conduct thorough code reviews with meticulous attention to detail to prevent regressions and maintain code quality. -Ensure the team maintains a disciplined approach to write code and solve problems that adheres to the platform's coding standards and architectural patterns. -30%-50% of time doing hands-on coding. -Work with other leads to help guide the infrastructure and architectural decisions to ensure our platform is secure, maintainable, and scalable over the long term. -Collaboratively work to solve complex, technical problems with a small, tight-knit team of smart, highly motivated developers...
