Job Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience to lead the development and optimization of our high-performance website application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in , Strapi CMS, Cloudflare caching strategies and DigitalOcean infrastructure, with a proven ability to deliver fast, SEO-optimized and scalable web experiences.
As the Engineering Lead, you'll own the end-to-end architecture, development and performance of our platform, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers and ensuring our site delivers exceptional speed, reliability and Core Web Vitals performance.
