Lead Front-End Developer

We’re looking for a Lead Front-End Developer to join a top software business in Exeter with more than a thousand Leisure, Tourism, and Events businesses across the globe. They’ve grown significantly over the last few years and off the back of a very successful 2025, they are now looking for a hands‑on Lead Front-End Developer to join the team (80% Front‑End, 20% Team Leadership).

2 days per week in Exeter office.

What skills and experience you’ll need:

• Mentoring, coaching experience and ability to lead a small front‑end team.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular), happy to work with Vue.js.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience working with design systems and scalable UI architecture.
• Solid understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility (WCAG), and cross‑browser compatibility.
