We are seeking an exceptional individual who can develop positive, professional relationships with learners and their families, earning their trust through honesty, consistency and compassion, while maintaining high expectations and clear boundaries.

Working closely with our safeguarding, attendance, wellbeing and ALN teams, you will lead our Attendance Support Unit, providing a safe, structured and nurturing environment where learners can overcome barriers, develop resilience and successfully reintegrate into mainstream education.
