Lead Flight Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Flight Test Engineer to lead aircraft flight test programs from planning through execution and analysis. The ideal candidate will oversee test activities, collaborate with flight test pilots and certification authorities, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant flight testing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage aircraft flight test programs.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and execution strategies.
• Oversee flight test instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis.
• Coordinate with pilots, engineering teams, and certification authorities.
• Support safety assessments, handling qualities evaluations, and certification activities.
• Review and present flight test results and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of engineering experience.
