The Lead Financial Analyst oversees, maintains, and continuously enhances the business intelligence, allocation logic, and driver-based methodologies within the PDAI financial allocation engine. This role requires a highly analytical, self-motivated individual who is comfortable operating across multiple organizations and engaging with leadership, including skip-level management.
This position is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of underlying expense and revenue drivers used in the financial allocation process.
