As the Lead – Finance Reporting within Koch capabilities, you will independently manage KPI reporting for the manufacturing plant and provide insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decision‑making. In this role, you will partner closely with the Finance VP and serve as a primary point of contact for Business Leads. You will translate financial data into actionable insights that ensure alignment between operational performance and financial goals.

Our Team

You will join the R&A Finance function within KOCH, collaborating extensively with Business Units, Divisional Finance, Corporate Finance, and plant finance and operations teams. This role requires strong partnership across the manufacturing network and involves significant visibility with senior leadership.
