We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with 15+ years of experience to lead our Finance & Accounts function. This role is pivotal in enabling superior financial performance, ensuring compliance, and driving process excellence across the organization.
Key Highlights of the Role:
Lead financial systems including budgetary control, cash flow, working capital, and risk management
Act as custodian for SAP Finance module rollout and process standardization across all verticals
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
Drive MIS reporting, performance reviews, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making
Monitor Capex tracking, asset governance, and working capital optimization
Manage risk exposures, forex/commodity hedging, and negotiations with clients, vendors, and bankers
Build and mentor a strong finance team to support business growth
Qualifications:
CA/CMA qualified (mandatory)
