We are currently seeking a qualified Lead Field Specialist to join our RSSOM MainlineInfrastructure team, based out of Toronto, ON. The Lead Field Specialist will be responsible overseeing the design, construction, and interface management of line‑wide mainline works across the Ontario Line program. This includes, but is not limited to, track works, OCS foundations, emergency walkways, dry fire mains, cableway supports and associated wayside systems.

Acting as the Delivery Partner (DP) field representative, the Lead Field Specialist provides day‑to‑day oversight of contractor activities, ensures alignment between design and construction, manages complex interfaces, and verifies that work is executed safely, compliantly, and in accordance with contract requirements.
