Identify, evaluate & recommend potential exploration portfolio in line with corporate strategic objectives.

Manage exploration and appraisal activities to maximize the value of operated and non-operated acreage.

• Propose and implement exploration and appraisal work programs and budgets in operated licenses
• Refine, concur and implement E&A work programs and budgets in non-operated licenses
• Identify and deliver focused and material exploration new business opportunities after thorough technical and economic review
• Protect the interests and facilitate the success of the company
• Manage staff to evaluate and deliver a high standard of technical work
• Develop efficient organizational structure in the exploration department
