Shadforth is seeking an experienced Lead Operator to join our high-performing Pipe Crew delivering large-scale civil infrastructure and subdivision projects across the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside an experienced crew, operating GPS-equipped machinery while driving productivity, safety, and quality on fast-paced projects.

We're Looking For

• Experienced Lead Operator with strong pipe crew experience
• Proven experience operating GPS-equipped machinery (Trimble or similar)
• Strong background in trenching and shoring
• Ability to work efficiently within a high-paced civil construction crew
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
