Title:
Lead Estimator
Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
+ Minimum (10 to 20) years' experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
+ Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages. Prepare and manage estimate plans. Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
+ Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
+ Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.
+ Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). Familiarization with SAEP-25.
+ Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed.
