SiTime is seeking an Equipment & Hardware Engineer to oversee installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production and test equipment at our Ipoh site. You will collaborate with OSAT partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure uptime, safety, and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical/mechatronics/electronics and 10+ years in equipment or manufacturing engineering in the semiconductor industry, with proven automation experience.
