Lead Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead with strong design capability and team leadership skills to drive the delivery of marine civil and structural projects. The role will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and managing marine structures and systems including jetties, ports, wharfs, quay walls, intake/outfall systems, underground pump stations, and conveyance systems (GRP, HDPE, RCCP, box culverts).

The Engineering Lead will be expected to design independently, manage consultants, and lead tender preparations while guiding a small team of drafters/engineers. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in both technical design and project coordination, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
