What’s the role?

The Workflow Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions on the Appian platform. The role contributes to shaping the strategic direction of the workflow platform capability, while ensuring solutions are high quality, scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technology objectives.

This role leads the design and architecture of enterprise‑grade Appian solutions, providing technical leadership to the development team and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
