Lead Engineer Technical Safety

JOB PURPOSE:

• Execute engineering deliverables for Process and Utilities department in Engineering & Design Department to ensure safe, fit-for-purpose, robust and cost effective Topside and Marine and utility design and operation.
• Execute of process safety management processes, technical safety deliverables and scoping planned by line Manager, Technical Safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute preparation of MDR, basis of design, safety studies specifications and scope of work for subcontracting, process safeguarding philosophy, safety assessment report (i.e. HAZID/ HAZOP/ LOPA) at concept, Engineering Definition and FEED level.
• Review operational MOC, Formal Assessment Study and Safety Case deliverables by sub-contractors and revert comments as per OBU Management Standards.
• Identify design changes in Operation, FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and ensure that all recommendation from safety assessment is closed...
