-: 1. Prepare / Review Project Design basis for Stress Analysis.
2. Prepare Stress Critical Line List.
3. Expertise in piping stress analysis
4. Execute Stress analysis using software Caesar-II / ROHR2.
5. Independently perform stress analysis task.
6. Mark-up stress related data (routing changes, support location and types, etc.) on isometrics for updating in 3D model.
7. Prepare Piping Load Summary as input for Civil/Structural design.
Good understanding and awareness of :
1. ASME B31.3 code requirements related to safety in stress
2. Flange leakage calculations.
3. Calculation of nozzle displacements
4. Spring selection criteria.
5. 3D model navigation in Navisworks
6. Below experience will be an added advantage
7. WRC calculations.
8. Nozzle stiffness calculation using NozzlePro software.
9. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Paint.
