**Job Description Summary**
Lead Engineer - Simulation DevOps works within the Plant Integration Engineering team by enabling LEAN integrated plant design (IPD) using modern digital engineering tools and techniques. Simulation Assisted Engineering (SAE) is a collaborative, cross-disciplinary, systems engineering approach to complex IPD, analysis, and optimization. SAE is based on the use of a modern, physics and mathematics, digital engineering modeling and simulation software toolkit. Focus is on technical risk, engineering labor, and schedule duration reduction during first of a kind (FOAK) plant design.
