Overview

The purpose of the role is to execute Salesforce marketing cloud and data cloud development and administration activities for multiple consumer centric projects. The developer is also required to proactively monitor and report on functioning of various automations and journeys within the DevSecOps framework.


Responsibilities

  • Create and manage roles and permissions. Create and manage users/accesses.
  • Create and manage FTP users and directories, Handle SFTP key management.
  • Setup Sender Authentication Package (SAP), Manage send classifications.
  • Manage Audit trail, Manage data import, and export in SFMC.
  • Create reports and send analytics. Create and monitor file drop and schedule automation.
  • Track latest release impacts, install packages, and set up new SFMC BUs.
  • Develop and maintain Cloud Pages using SSJS and AMPScript.
