The Lead engineer - Cost Out is responsible for driving strategic cost reduction initiatives across the Hosur site (ITR and PTR Products) while maintaining or improving safety, quality, and delivery. This role combines Technical and analytical expertise, project management, and cross-functional leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute cost optimization opportunities.

+ Develop and execute comprehensive cost reduction projects aligned with business objectives
+ Identify and prioritize cost-out opportunities – VAVE , FPC, Packing , Transport and Logistics
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction projects from concept through execution
