Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of sheet metal and plastic components using CREO & CATIA V5.
- Ensure designs meet PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements.
- Work on DFMEA, PFMEA, and SFMEA to improve design robustness.
- Prepare and manage customer documentation related to design approvals.
- Ensure compliance with IATF standards and other quality norms.
- Perform design validation, calculations, and value engineering to optimize product performance.
- Support hardware & software integration for mechatronics-based products.
- Drive improvements in the design process and documentation.
