The team
The Indirect teams provide access to SEEK’s employment marketplace for hirers who use third-party HR software. We build integrations that allow the hirers to post their jobs to SEEK from their HR systems, without having to log in to SEEK directly. Our customers include the biggest corporate, recruiter, government and healthcare hirers, which is why the Indirect channels account for a large portion of SEEK’s overall job ad volume and revenue. It’s an important space with the opportunity to work with some of the heavy hitters in the HR Tech space
About the role
A Lead Engineer provides in-team leadership and has a broad focus which primarily includes people management, team health, tech culture and cohesion, while also driving the delivery of software within product delivery/systems/platform teams and strengthening engineering quality.
