Role: Support Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Support Engineer in Data Practice with expertise in Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and Informatica IICS (Intelligent Cloud Services). The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and cloud-based data warehouses to ensure seamless data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

L1/L2 Support & Monitoring:
• Monitor Snowflake workloads, Airflow DAGs, and IICS ETL jobs, ensuring smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, performance bottlenecks, and job scheduling issues.
• Provide L1/L2-level support by analyzing logs, errors, and resolving real-time data ingestion issues.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
