Role Summary We’re hiring Lead Engineers who will work in tandem to lead a group of teams (multiple squads as we scale). You’ll be hands-on technical leaders who have shipped SOC 2–ready (or equivalent control-aligned) SaaS and can drive consistent delivery while setting high engineering standards.

Lead a group of teams: planning, execution, and cross-team dependency management.
Set technical direction and delivery cadence; ensure teams ship consistently.
