Responsibilities:

Provide a leading role for an engineering team on a day-to-day basis through a supervisory capacity and ensure the engineering team members fully understand their roles, responsibilities and key performance indicators. Lead the team effectively by:

  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Provide Constructive feedback regularly
  • Constructively manage performance and/or behavior related issues
  • Support professional development, identify skills gaps and support training/upskilling
  • Lead by example

    • Deal with day-to-day Engineering personnel, applications engineering issues and processes and provide a source of technical expertise to the business, colleagues and customers, as required.
