Lead Engineer

About the role As a Lead Engineer at Advanced CAE Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading engineering projects for process analyzer system integration . Based in Bukit Batok East West Region, this full-time position offers the opportunity to drive project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the company's strategic growth in the Engineering Science sector.

What you'll be doing

• Work with project managers to break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks. They provide realistic technical estimates and identify risks.

• Lead team within territory, inclusive of workload distribution, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring/ train new/junior staffs within department.

• Lead team for design and costing on Analyzer System, not limited to Sample Handling System, Analyzers, and Racks/Cabinets/Shelters.
