Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
**1. Battery System Development & Design**
+ Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end development of battery packs/modules, from concept and requirements definition through design, validation, and production launch.
+ Develop, evaluate, and implement cell selection, mechanical and electrical architectures, thermal management, BMS integration, and safety strategies.
+ Carry out root cause analysis and continuous improvement using industry-standard tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.).
**2. Battery Portfolio Management & Maintenance**
+ Oversee the full battery system portfolio, ensuring the ongoing performance, reliability, and alignment of products with business needs and market trends.
+ Collaborate daily with module leads and other functions (quality, manufacturing, service, R&D, etc.) to monitor and maintain existing battery solutions, proactively identifying areas for fleet-wide maintenance, upgrade...
