Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

The Lead, Employment Advocacy will support employment-focused advocacy and employer engagement initiatives across Ontario, with an initial focus on the Greater Toronto Area neighbourhood campaign connected to the relocation of CNIB’s Head Office to downtown Toronto. The role will help open doors with local businesses, build warm leads, and support the development of employer partnerships aligned with Come to Work and Skills Development Fund deliverables.
