Lead Embedded Hardware Engineer

Role Description

• Hardware Design Leadership: Lead the architecture, design, and development of embedded hardware platforms (MCU/MPU-based systems, sensors, power electronics, etc.).

• Schematic & PCB Design: Design schematics and high-speed, multilayer PCB layouts using tools like Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD, etc.

• Component Selection & BOM Optimization: Select suitable components, considering performance, cost, and availability. Optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Hardware Validation & Testing: Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation, including power, signal integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal testing.

• Firmware Collaboration: Work closely with embedded software teams to ensure hardware-software integration and resolve interface issues.
