Location: Godalming, Surrey

Salary: £70k – 90k

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer for a highly technical engineering business delivering complex, safety-critical systems.

You will be leading the Electrical Team while remaining technically hands-on — owning system architectures, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers.
• Own electrical system architecture and technical delivery.
• Oversee control panel and system-level design.
• Ensure compliance with functional safety standards.
• Support safety reviews.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified Electrical Design Engineer.
