Job description

As Lead Hardware Engineer, you define the technical direction of projects and mentor the engineers in your team. You are the point of contact for clients after the sales handover and ensure quality and consistency in all project designs. You drive collaboration, involve your team in technical decisions, and work on custom-made projects that combine standards, client-specific requirements, and technical depth.
