The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to manage and guide our growing team of senior and junior electrical engineers. As a pivotal leader in our engineering department, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Your extensive expertise in high‑power electrical systems, lithium‑ion battery technology, and team leadership will be crucial in driving our projects and our team to success.
The Role
- Location: In‑person in Coquitlam, BC
- 3 weeks paid vacation plus 1 week off between Christmas and New Year's
