Lead Educator/3IC

As the 3IC you will be an experienced Senior Educator who works in consultation with the Centre Director and the Assistant Director to support the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre. The 3IC provides additional support and leadership under the direction of the Centre Director and Assistant Director in the development of high-quality education and care, and actively mentors and develops the broader team. 

As the Lead Educator you will oversee our Junior Kindy room, ensuring it is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment. The Lead Educator will plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). The Lead Educator is a team player with prior leadership experience who can mentor educators to a high standard and who has a mature and professional approach.
