We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. The Lead Educator will be responsible for overseeing the educational programs and provision of quality care for their designated group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in early childhood.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
- Provision of quality care
- Collaborate with other educators to identify best outcomes for the centre that align with organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to continuously improve programs
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily experiences and care needs
- Manage educational resources and materials
