Lead Educator

Talent Focus is partnering with a values-driven, not-for-profit early learning centre seeking two experienced Lead Educators to assist in the Nursery and Jr Kindy rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and support children’s development in an inclusive environment. 

The Role: 

• Facilitate engaging, play-based experiences in line with the EYLF and QKLG frameworks
• Foster a secure, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
• Support, guide, and work alongside educators to help them reach their full potential
• Develop positive, respectful connections with children and their families
• Act in the Responsible Person capacity when needed
• Support and promote the positive, inclusive culture of the service
