Lead Driver / Mover

In this role, you’ll take charge of on-site job execution — leading moving teams, coordinating delivery logistics, and ensuring that each customer’s experience is smooth, professional, and stress-free. You’ll act as the face of Flex in the field, combining leadership, problem-solving, and customer service to ensure successful job outcomes across residential and commercial moves.
