Airswift is seeking a Sr. Drilling Design Engineer to join a leading oil & gas operator in Mexico’s Tabasco region. You will develop detailed drilling programs, optimize well designs, assess risks, and support complex project execution.

Requirements include a Petroleum Engineering degree (licensed), advanced English, and 15+ years in drilling engineering within IOC/NOC environments. Proficiency with specialized well design software and leadership of multidisciplinary teams are essential.
