About the Role
HR Force International is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer – Hetzner Cloud on behalf of our client based in DHA.
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on DevOps leader who can design, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure primarily on Hetzner Cloud while leading a DevOps team and implementing best industry practices.
This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical depth, leadership capabilities, and production-level infrastructure management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring high performance and best engineering practices
Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on Hetzner Cloud
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Manage containerized environments using Docker & Kubernetes
Ensure system reliability, security, monitoring, and performance optimization
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible preferred)
