Job Description

  • Perform root cause analyses and other troubleshooting activities to resolve process- and product-related issues such asNCs, Complaints, and CAPA.

  • Coordinateactivities between different functionsto effectively solvequalityissues, short and long term.

  • Develop and implement test plans to investigate or validate acceptance criteria and performance.

  • Independently performclassicallaboratory analyses using establishedtechniquesand methods as well asnewly developedprocedures.

  • Accurately document and report test results in accordance with internal quality standards.

  • Initiate and author deviation reports and batch investigations.

  • Assess andapprove or rejecttest results based on predefined criteria.
