Lead a team of up to 5 professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where creativity, technical excellence, and diversity thrive.
- Develop features for our current platform and deliver objectives on time and according to GemOne's expected quality levels.
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality code and reduce technical debt
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployment and operation, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the agile software development process.
- Coach, motivate and stimulate development of your team members (through on the job coaching, continuous feedback, follow-up interviews, providing training, ...) in order to grow their competences.
